Link4's Pearl Controller is a modular greenhouse automation and environmental control system.  The Pearl's clever modular design allows Link4 customers to build  systems that fit their exact needs, eliminating unnecessary complexity and cost. MTRC was deeply involved in the Pearl from initial concept through production.  We took the dream of a fully modular, DIN rail mounted, plug and play design and made it into a reality.   MTRC presented the modular design that was adopted, as well as all Mechanical, Industrial Design, Production Tooling, Documentation, and Support.

Magnitude Lighting's Otter™ is a high-performance landscape transformer for commercial and residential lighting applications. Compact and waterproof, the Magnitude Otter™ hides easily and is engineered with features that reduce time, labor and profit-draining callbacks.  This was the first of many projects that MTRC has designed for Magnitude Lighting.  MTRC was involved on this project from its concept all the way into production and we worked closely with Magnitudes internal Engineering and Management team.

The VersaDrive wireless is a pre-wired solution for wireless control of LED Tape, Strip & Linear lighting.  One of Magnitude Lighting's most recently released projects, this is another example of MTRC's close work with Magnitude Lighting's internal Design and Engineering team.   Magnitude provided design requirements, and MTRC engineered a solution that met those needs.  Cost effective and elegant in it's simplicity, MTRC helped Magnitude Lighting quickly get another product to market. 

These Hydroponic Channel Endcaps were designed for CropKing, a large hydroponic supplier in Ohio.  After years of manually drilling and attaching PVC fittings to off-the-shelf endcaps, CropKing asked MTRC to design one for them.  Subtle design features offered by MTRC transform this mundane looking part into an elegant and cost effective solution that greatly outperforms their original solution.  These parts have now been in production for years, improving the lives of countless CropKing customers. 

The E-Series EZ296 is a compact phase dimmable LED driver that fits neatly into a standard household electrical junction box.  MTRC provided all mechanical design for this project right from its conception.  Working closely with Magnitude Lighting's internal Electrical Engineering team we formulated a highly compact and cost effective solution.

Link4's  iDrive Motor Controller delivers smart, reliable motor control for natural ventilation in commercial grow environments.  Although the iDrive looks simple from the outside, its the subtle design features that make it a world class motor controller.  Clean and compact wiring management, and attention to details  make the iDrive such an excellent motor controller.  MTRC was involved with the iDrive design right from beginning and has now seen thousands produced, and in use worldwide.
